Always a very bright light in the world of academia, Loretta continues -- in prison --to apply the fruits of her excellent literary and philosophical background to the service of others. And this despite the fact that Loretta's heart breaks anew each day. Above and beyond her scholarly achievements, Loretta is, first and foremost, a mother. Even in jail, where locked doors and canned vegetables reign supreme, the beauty of Loretta's soul and mind continues to shine. Held in prison on NON-VIOLENT CHARGES for over a year with BAIL STEADFASTLY REFUSED, Loretta is still waiting . . . and waiting . . . and waiting . . . to be reunited with her children. |
